  • Phone number (used for WhatsApp and SMS communication)

  • Payment information (processed securely by our payment partners)
  • Vendor business information, including business name, address, menus, and bank account details (for registered vendors)
  • Rider identification, vehicle details, and bank account details (for registered riders)

  • Message content exchanged through our WhatsApp and SMS services

Data sharing

We share your information only as necessary to operate and improve our Services:

  • Between platform participants: Vendor names and delivery addresses are shared with riders to facilitate delivery. Customer phone numbers may be shared with vendors for order-related communication.
  • Payment processors: Payment details are shared with Paystack and Stripe to process transactions securely. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Messaging providers: Message content is processed through Meta (WhatsApp Business API) and Twilio to deliver our conversational services.
  • AI providers: Message content may be processed by AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) to power our conversational ordering. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.
  • Analytics and monitoring: Aggregated, anonymised usage data may be shared with analytics providers to improve our Services.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
